The 2024 Summer Olympics are only one month away, and that means it's time for Team USA to nail down which athletes will be making the trip to Paris.
For the first time ever, the USA Olympic swimming trials will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium, the home of the Indianapolis Colts. The unique venue will allow hundreds of thousands of fans to watch some of the greatest athletes in the world compete for Olympic spots across the nine-day event.
The biggest name at the trials will be Katie Ledecky, who is expected to participate in multiple events. The 27-year-old has already collected seven gold medals in her illustrious career, and she will be looking to earn a few more in her fourth Olympics.
On the men's side, Caeleb Dressel will also be aiming for more gold. He won five gold medals at the Tokyo Olympics, joining Matt Biondi, Michael Phelps and Mark Spitz as the only male swimmers to capture at least five golds in a single Olympic Games.
