A full week of events has already gone by in the 2024 Olympics, but many sports have just started to heat up. The Sporting News has everything you need to know about NBC's primetime Olympic coverage on Thursday, with none of the spoilers you might get elsewhere.
Countless star athletes will be featured in NBC's primetime coverage this evening, with medals on the line in women's team gymnastics and both men's and women's swimming.
Viewers tuning into the primetime broadcasts tonight will catch the likes of fascinating Olympians like Simone Biles, Katie Ledecky, Summer McIntosh, Kate Douglass and Lilly King, among many other notable stars.
Biles and U.S. teammate Suni Lee will try for gymnastics all-around gold, while Ledecky seeks her third medal of the Paris Olympics in the 4x200 free relay. She'll swim head-to-head against Canadian star McIntosh in that event shortly after McIntosh races for gold in the 200m butterfly final.
As many Olympic fans and viewers know by now, Paris is six hours ahead of New York. Therefore, all of the events we see on NBC and USA tonight will be prerecorded.
