It's a short turnaround for both Inter Miami and Orlando City as the second Florida derby takes center stage in MLS round 14.

Orlando City hosts Inter Miami on Wednesday, May 15 at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Fla. Both teams won comeback 3-2 victories on the road on Saturday, as Orlando City knocked off the Philadelphia Union and Inter Miami held off CF Montreal late.

The top story heading into the match is the fitness of Lionel Messi. The Inter Miami star picked up a knock during the match at Montreal, and while he was able to shake it off for the evening, it appears to be more serious. Messi is currently listed as questionable with a knee injury for the match.

If Miami decides to hold Messi back, it may give Orlando City an opening they need. Inter Miami — featuring Messi — won the first Florida derby of the year with a 5-0 win, with the Argentine scoring two goals.

Luis Muriel has finally started scoring for Orlando City, and he will be a tough mark for the Inter Miami defense.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch it across the world, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.

Inter Miami vs. Orlando City lineups, team news

Inter Miami showed against Montreal the importance of stars, as Matias Rojas and Luis Suarez turned around a two-goal deficit in a matter of minutes. And while Messi may be gone, Jordi Alba should be back in action after missing time with a hamstring injury.

Inter Miami predicted XI (4-3-3, right to left): Callender (GK) — Weigandt, Freire, Kryvtsov, Alba — Gressel, Busquets, Rojas — Campana, Suarez, Taylor.

Inter Miami subs (9): TBC

Luis Muriel scoring his first two goals for Orlando City is a huge moment for coach Oscar Pareja, and playmaker Nicolas Lodeiro has been outstanding, with five assists already. Look for young Duncan McGuire to have a big impact today.

Orlando City predicted XI (3-5-2 right to left): Gallese (GK) — Brekalo, Cartagena, Smith — Torres, Lodeiro, Ojeda, Aroujo, Angulo— McGuire, Muriel.

Orlando City subs (9): TBC

Inter Miami vs. Orlando City prediction

Inter Miami may face a significant challenge in mid-week action. If there's no Messi, it could be a long night, with the aging stars struggling to play two games in a week. With Orlando scoring three goals last game and the team turning things around, this will be another key moment.

Prediction: Inter Miami 2-1 Orlando City
