When is the Pro Bowl in 2024? Dates, times, TV schedule for NFL's flag football & skills competition format

The 2024 Pro Bowl Games are the horizon.

The NFL reimagined the format for its all-star event in 2023. The full-contact Pro Bowl game is no more, but the reimagined festivities are still going strong.

This year's Pro Bowl events will take place from Thursday, Feb. 1, through Sunday, Feb. 4, at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla. The event is back in Orlando for the first time since 2020.

Some of the league's best players from both conferences will gather to compete in a multi-day skills competition and a flag football game.

Here's everything to you need to know.

When is the 2024 Pro Bowl?

The Pro Bowl will feature a flag football game and a series of skill competitions split between Thursday, Feb. 1, and Sunday, Feb. 4.

What channel is the 2024 Pro Bowl on?

The 2024 Pro Bowl will be broadcast on ESPN and ABC with a streaming option available within FuboTV, which offers a free trial and the Disney family of networks.

Thursday, Feb. 1

Best Catch: One player from each conference will participate, and fans will vote online to determine the winner. (Note: This event will be pre-taped at locations around Orlando ahead of the Thursday night broadcast.)

Precision Passing: Three quarterbacks from each conference throw to both stationary and moving targets.

Closest to the Pin: Six players from each conference will compete to see who is able to drive a golf ball closest to the hole. 

High Stakes: Starting off with a football in hand, each player will attempt to catch punts from a JUGS machine. Even one drop means the player is out.

Dodgeball: This will feature offense vs. defense from both conferences with five players per squad.

Kick Tac Toe: Kickers from each team will compete in a giant Tic-Tac-Toe competition.

Sunday, Feb. 4

Madden NFL Head-to-Head: Two players from each conference go head-to-head in Madden NFL 2024 using official Pro Bowl rosters.

Gridiron Gauntlet: Six players from each conference will compete in an obstacle course and a full-field relay race.

Tug-of-War: There will be five players from each conference on either side side above a foam pit. The best of three will win.

Move the Chains: Five offensive linemen and defensive linemen from each conference will make an effort to move 3,000 pounds of weight off of a wall.

7-on-7 Flag Football: This event will conclude the 2024 Pro Bowl Games action.
