Much has been made of the large Gatorade ad of Josh Allen going up in downtown Buffalo. The star quarterback's face is displayed in the city that has rallied around him for the better part of a decade. Allen was all smiles when he was asked about it.

"Hopefully people like it," Allen said with a smile. "If not, they can take it down. It doesn't bother me, I don't like looking at myself anyway. But if it's serving any inspiration to anybody down there, any kids, just knowing that a small town farm kid with no [D-1 college] offer out of high school [and then go to] the University of Wyoming can end up there, maybe it can inspire someone else."

Future Hall of Fame edge rusher Von Miller said that Allen deserves all the love the city gives him.

"There's no one more fitting for the spotlight than Josh Allen," Miller said. "He's just a naturally humble guy. He could go out and throw for 600 yards and seven touchdowns - he's gonna come in the next day joking and laughing and giggling and just hanging with the guys. And I think we all follow suit with that. The lifeblood of this team and the energy and the personality of this team comes from our quarterback."

It's clear that Allen is not only the star of the team, but he is their heartbeat. They will go as far as his arm takes them, and they will ride for him through thick and thin.
