Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is sounding off against Olympic champion and world's fastest man Noah Lyles' recent comments about the terminology of "World Champion" as it applies to the winning NBA and NFL teams.

Hill refutes Lyles' assertion that NBA and NFL teams are not true World Champions.  He goes on to say that Lyles should stick with what he knows which is track and field.

It did not end there.  Hill also told Kay Adams that he would beat Lyles in a race.  When Adams asked if he would win by "a lot," he said he would not but was adamant that he would still win.

NFL and Olympic fans would like to see this race happen.  One person who may not want it to occur is Hill's head coach, Mike McDaniel who would likely prefer Hill to reserve his speed and skill for the football field for a Dolphins team that has made the playoffs the past two years but wants to make a bigger statement in 2024 in the AFC East.

The Dolphins open the 2024 regular season at home on September 8 against the Jacksonville Jaguars at 1 PM ET.
