Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill recently spoke with NFL Network about his reaction to the news that Tua Tagovailoa received a contract extension from the team.
Hill is a long-time supporter of Tua, dating back to when they were opponents when Hill was with the Kansas City Chiefs.
He always thought the left-handed Tua was special and upon hearing that the Dolphins reached a deal with Tua, Hill left the wide receivers meeting to go to the quarterback room to congratulate Tua in person. Tua was not there at the time because he was signing his deal, but Hill could not be happier for him considering the adversity he has faced over the years.
Hill believes he and fellow wide receiver Jaylen Waddle can help Tua realize his full potential. Dolphins fans hope this is true and with Tua's future secured, a Super Bowl run is in the cards for the team this year.
