Pro Football Network (PFN) published its list of the eight worst quarterback situations in the NFL going into the 2024 season.

No team wants to make this list, but the New Orleans Saints unfortunately did.  They are the fifth worst on the list of eight.

PFN is skeptical of Derek Carr's ability to navigate with offensive line injuries and a new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.

PFN believes Carr could be cut before the 2025 season.  It is worth mentioning that the Saints drafted quarterbacks in the fourth and fifth rounds of the 2024 NFL Draft, Fresno State's Jake Haener and South Carolina's Spencer Rattler.

Carr may not be the only one not with the team in 2025 if they do not improve from their 9-8 finish in 2023. Coach Dennis Allen's seat is hot also.

The Saints are in the NFC South division which is not super competitive. It contains the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, and the Saints.  The Saints open the season at home against Carolina on September 8 at 1 PM ET.
