The Green Bay Packers had a tough start to the 2024 National Football League regular season.

Green Bay traveled to Brazil where it took on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1 action. The Eagles came away victorious in what was an exciting game all around. Although the Packers did look good, the ending of the game led to question marks for Green Bay.

Packers quarterback Jordan Love went down with a knee injury and now it's unclear when he will be back on the field. Love has an MCL sprain in his knee and hasn't been ruled out for Week 2 action yet, but it's unlikely at this point.

The Packers have been looking for ways to add more depth to the organization overall and worked out a handful of players on Tuesday, according to KPRC 2 Houston's Aaron Wilson.

"Packers worked out T.J. Luther, Jonathan Marshall, Racey McMath, and Seth Williams," Wilson said.

Green Bay did make at least one move on Tuesday as the club reportedly signed Luther to the practice squad, according to Wilson.

"Packers signing former (New England Patriots) wide receiver T.J. Luther to practice squad, per a league source.

Luther signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2023 but was released. He joined the Patriots practice squad and spent much of the season on the team's practice squad. He spent some of the summer with the Pittsburgh Steelers but was released.
