Pittsburgh Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick is looking to rebound from a 'down year' in 2023 where he recorded zero interceptions.

In addition to dealing with injuries that caused him to miss seven games, an NFL insider noted another reason for his less productive season could have been where he was positioned on the field.  "He was playing closer to the line of scrimmage this year - not sure why, maybe they needed his leadership and instincts up there, but it hurt his bottom line."

The Steelers have made key offseason additions of DeShone Elliott, Donte Jackson, Patrick Queen, and Dean Lowry who could help the 27-year-old Fitzpatrick return to playing "Minkah Ball."
