The Las Vegas Raiders wrapped up their third practice of training camp on Friday, meaning we got another look at the quarterback competition between Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew.

Friday was more of the same for Las Vegas' signal callers, as O'Connell and Minshew had some good and bad moments.

Unlike Thursday, O'Connell was the one struggling to keep the ball out of harm's way, as the 25-year-old tossed two interceptions on the day. The former fourth-round pick did throw two touchdown passes to Jakobi Meyers to start practice.

"Aidan O'Connell looked in rhythm early in practice today but then threw two interceptions and struggled the rest of the way," Case Keefer of the Las Vegas Sun wrote. "Gardner Minshew wasn't much better but ended on a couple of his better throws. No clear leader in Raiders QB competition through three practices."

According to Tashan Reed of the Athletic, Las Vegas' "defense clearly had the advantage" over the aerial attack during the  11-on-11 move-the-ball drill.

O'Connell and Minshew had success during red zone work but are still unable to push the ball down the field at an efficient level.

Through three practices, O'Connell and Minshew have been inconsistent and turnover-prone. It is way too early to panic, but it's been a disappointing start for the Raiders' signal-callers.
