The Las Vegas Raiders are one of 21 total NFL teams that will begin their organized team activities on Monday, which is just the latest step in the team's preparation for the 2024 season.
Organized team activities, or OTAs, are the beginning of Phase Three of the offseason program and lasts four weeks. During that time, teams are permitted to hold 10 days of activities, which can include 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills, which more closely mirrors actual practice.
What teams cannot do, however, is have live contact, so we won't be seeing players hitting one another.
Also included in organized team activities and Phase Three of the offseason program is mandatory minicamp, which the Raiders will hold from June 11-13. Following mandatory minicamp, the Raiders will have some time off before returning for training camp, which is slated to begin sometime in late July.

Along with the Raiders, the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans are all starting OTAs on Monday.
The Atlanta Falcons and Washington Commanders started last week, and the Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, New Orleans Saints, Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers will get going on Tuesday. Bringing up the rear is the Cincinnati Bengals, who begin on May 28.
