With training camp at Costa Mesa, California, in the books, the Las Vegas Raiders returned home for practice on Tuesday after falling to the Minnesota Vikings, 24-23, in the preseason opener last Saturday. The Raiders will face off against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday, August 17th, for the preseason home opener.

Before taking on the Cowboys, the Raiders will host a practice open to the media and fans at Allegiant Stadium on Wednesday, and the organization is expecting an astronomical turnout for the session.

According to Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the open practice could draw a crowd of over 40,000 based on the online response for the tickets.

This will be the first open practice the Raiders have held this offseason, as they were not allowed to bring fans in while going through training camp in Costa Mesa due to league rules.

Despite not winning a playoff game in 21 years and relocating out of Oakland, Raiders' fans continue to support the team and show why they are among the strongest and most loyal fanbases.
