The Giants and Browns — two teams hoping to take a step forward in the 2024 NFL season — will face off in Week 2 at Browns Stadium in Cleveland. The Sporting News has everything you need to know to secure tickets and parking for this interconference clash.
The Giants will be giving it another go with Daniel Jones, who's back to full health after a tough 2023. New York will be without Saquon Barkley, though, as the longtime Giants running back signed with the NFC East-rival Eagles in the offseason.
The G-Men will also be without recently-retired tight end Darren Waller, but the addition of running back Devin Singletary and stud rookie wideout Malik Nabers should make up for those absences. Brian Daboll's squad, which received a B+ offseason grade from PFF, has also improved its offensive line and pass-rush by leaps and bounds.
For the Browns, Deshaun Watson will once again be handed the keys after a turbulent 2023 season. The former Pro Bowl QB battled injuries and inconsistency for much of the campaign, ultimately playing just six games for Cleveland for the second year in a row. Veteran QB Joe Flacco led the franchise to the playoffs in triumphant fashion, but proceeded to get stomped by C.J. Stroud and the emergent Texans 45-14.
