Veteran right tackle Jawaan Taylor knows that he needs to improve over his 2023 performance.  The 26-year-old committed 20 penalties last season, including 14 false starts.  Eight of his penalties came in the first three games.

Taylor told the media at Tuesday's training camp press conference that he is working hard to improve his technique and clean up the penalties.

He is entering the second year of his four-year $80 million contract so the expectations are high for him to be better. Taylor joined the Chiefs in 2023 after spending four seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
