New York Giants tight end Darren Waller dropped a music video about his divorce from Las Vegas Aces star Kelsey Plum on Thursday, and the responses have been mostly negative.
Raiders fans were the first to crack jokes at Waller's expense. He played in Vegas for five years before being traded to the Giants in 2022.
However, Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones had perhaps the most blunt critique of Waller's video.
"This s--- terrible slime," Jones posted on X soon after the video was released.

Jones knows Waller well from their time competing against each other in the AFC West. The two haven't played against each other since Waller's move to New York, though.

Waller may lean into his music career even more in the future, as he's reportedly thinking about retiring from the NFL. The Giants drafted Theo Johnson as a potential replacement at tight end alongside Daniel Bellinger.
Jones, meanwhile, signed a massive five-year, $158.75 million deal with $101 million guaranteed to return to the Chiefs this season. He and Kansas City are looking to become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls.
