The Chiefs host the Bills in Week 14 in a rematch of the 2020 AFC championship. Kansas City is looking to rebound after being upset by Green Bay, 27-19, in Week 13. The loss dropped Kansas City to the third seed in the AFC playoffs behind the Dolphins and Ravens.
If the Chiefs (8-4) win this game, they have a favorable schedule down the stretch and don't play a team with a winning record the rest of the way. Kansas City also hasn't lost back-to-back games since 2021. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is 16-3 following a loss in the regular season. Mahomes has been sturdy and has thrown for 3,127 yards with 22 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. His favorite target is tight end Travis Kelce, who has caught 74 passes for 813 yards with five touchdowns. Isiah Pacheco has been solid running the ball and has rushed for 779 yards with four touchdowns.

Kansas City's defense is led by defensive tackle Chris Jones, who is a force in the middle of the field and has 7.5 sacks. Defensive end George Karlaftis has also been a force and leads the team with eight sacks. Kansas City ranks fourth in the NFL, allowing 297.7 yards per game.
The Bills have been uncharacteristically inconsistent throughout the season and are 6-6, which has put their playoff hopes in jeopardy. Quarterback Josh Allen has thrown for 3,214 yards with 24 touchdowns, but with 13 interceptions. Those turnovers have played a key role in Buffalo's losses. Wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been disgruntled at times, but he has still caught 83 passes for 969 yards with eight touchdowns.
Buffalo's defense ranks in the middle of the NFL, allowing 319.9 yards per game. Linebacker Terrel Bernard leads the team with 104 tackles. Defensive end Leonard Floyd has 9.5 sacks and can potentially cause problems for the Chiefs' offensive line.
The temperature for the game will be partly cloudy and in the low 40s.
