Arizona Cardinals fans are rejoicing.  Coach Jonathan Gannon, who had been evasive about rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.'s availability for the Cardinals' first preseason game against the New Orleans Saints on Saturday, has finally shared the news that Harrison Jr. will play.

Harrison Jr., 21, the fourth overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft and son of legendary Indianapolis Colts wide receiver and Pro Football Hall of Famer Marvin Harrison, has impressed many including QB1 Kyler Murray at training camp.

Murray is not playing in any preseason games, per Coach Gannon's decision. That means Harrison Jr. will catch balls from the two quarterbacks vying for the QB2 slot behind Murray, Desmond Ridder, and Clayton Tune.

Fans will be happy to see Harrison Jr. on the field at State Farm Stadium even though they cannot buy his jersey in the team store due to an ongoing issue with Fanatics.
