The Cleveland Browns need a win in Week 2 in Jacksonville to lessen the bad memories of a Week 1 disastrous performance against the Dallas Cowboys.
Deshaun Watson's on and off-the-field issues have commanded headlines this week, but another troubling news byte came out of Cleveland on Thursday.
Myles Garrett did not practice on Thursday due to a foot injury.
Equally troubling is that the Browns other DE Za'Darius Smith also did not practice with a back injury.
The injuries have been devastating to the Browns so early in the season on both sides of the ball including Pro Bowl tight end David Njoku among others.
Unfortunately, there has been nothing but bad news out of Cleveland so far this season. It is only Week 2 so there is time for things to turn around.
