The Cincinnati Bengals were defeated handedly by the Chicago Bears in Week 2 of the preseason 27-3, falling to 0-2 in exhibition play.

Despite the rough outing as a whole, one player has shown up in a big way in each of Cincinnati's first two preseason games.

Undrafted free agent Shaka Heyward was graded as the team's best player by PFF, earning a grade of 90.6.

Heyward had six tackles, two of which were labeled as Stops, PFF's stat that indicates a "failed play" by the offense. The weak prior, Heyward had five tackles against the Buccaneers in the team's first preseason game, four of which were defensive stops. The linebacker out of Duke is having a great series of games and showing out in the preseason. His play could earn him a spot in the linebacking rotation.
