The San Francisco 49ers currently aren't at full strength.

San Francisco hasn't had running back Christian McCaffrey for a single game yet this season. The 49ers also won't have star wide receiver Deebo Samuel available for a little bit. But those two playmakers aren't the only ones who could miss the team's Week 3 clash against the Los Angeles Rams.

The 49ers also could end up losing tight end George Kittle. He is dealing with a hamstring injury and could miss the game, according to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio.

"Football, they say, is a war of attrition. For the 49ers and the Rams, attrition has arrived with a capital A," Florio said. "The latest name to the list of potentially absent players for Sunday’s Week 3 game between San Francisco and L.A. is 49ers tight end George Kittle. Via Adam Schefter of ESPN.com, Kittle 'was not spotted at practice today.' Also, he is 'experiencing tightness in his hamstring.'

"The 49ers already don’t have running back Christian McCaffrey or receiver Deebo Samuel. The injury potentially pushes Eric Saubert into the starting role. The Rams, of course, will shed no tears for the 49ers. They have plenty of injuries of their own, mainly on the offensive line and at the receiver position."

Losing Kittle, as well as McCaffrey and Samuel, certainly hurts San Francisco's offense. Hopefully, they all can make full recoveries soon.
