The Maxwell Award is awarded annually to the best all-around offensive player in the country in college football. The Maxwell Football Club, the group of decision-makers responsible for selecting the award's recipient, just released their 80-player watchlist for the award heading into the 2024 NCAA football season.

The Atlanta Falcons have dedicated their last four first-round picks to the offensive side of the ball, so many fans won't want to hear about a potential fifth-straight year of ignoring their defensive deficiencies. But, if the Falcons decide to go all-in with Cousins in 2025, they could pair an elite receiver with receivers Drake London and Darnell Mooney to push the offense into the elite conversation. The best way to get a look at the best receivers in next year's draft is to look at which receivers are up for one of the most prestigious college football awards outside of the Heisman Memorial Trophy. Without further ado, here are the ten wide receivers that made the Maxwell Award Watchlist:

Tetairoa McMillan, Junior, Arizona

 Tory Horton, Senior, Colorado State

Jordan Moore, Senior, Duke

Kyren Lacy, Senior, LSU

Xavier Restrepo, Senior, Miami

Luther Burden, Junior, Missouri

Emeka Egbuka, Senior, Ohio State

Tez Johnson, Senior, Oregon

Elic Ayomanor, Sophomore, Stanford

Ricky White, Senior, UNLV

Jalen Royals, Senior, Utah State
