College football championship week is here and it gets started with a showdown between No. 13 Oregon and No. 5 Utah in the Pac-12 championship game.
The Utes and Ducks will meet at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., in what could be a rainy and windy title game.
Utah (11-1, 8-1 Pac-12) enters Friday's matchup with College Football Playoff aspirations and could be in a win-and-in situation if it can push past Oregon (10-2, 8-1 Pac-12), which made the Playoff in 2014.

Kyle Whittingham's Utes are led by running back Zack Moss, who has tallied over 1,500 yards from scrimmage this season and 16 total touchdowns. Utah also ranks third nationally in total defense, giving up 11.2 points per game.
Oregon is stout on the defensive side as well, allowing opponents to score 15.8 points per game, which ranks 10th in the country. The Ducks have a potential first-round NFL Draft pick at quarterback in Justin Herbert (3,140 passing yards and 31 passing touchdowns this season).
