The 2024 season marks the Sooners' first as a member of the football behemoth that is the Southeastern Conference. A dazzling debut could be in order for Brent Venables and crew thanks to their strong defensive core, led by linebacker Danny Stutsman and one of the best secondary groups in the nation. On the offensive end, all eyes will be on new starting quarterback Jackson Arnold as he throws to one of the country's best wideout groups in an offense tailored by Seth Littrell.
The opportunity is there for the Sooners to make a grand introduction and spark some new rivalries, with matchups against Tennessee and Auburn. A longstanding rivalry with Texas will remain. They will finish off the season with tough matchups against Alabama and LSU.

Toby Rowland is back for another season as the voice of the Sooners. Rowland is a two-time Emmy winner and also the winner of the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters Award for best sportscast and the Society of Professional Journalists Award for Best Sports Reporting.
