Ohio State (12-0, 9-0 Big Ten) was quick to answer, though, recording a pair of touchdowns after big-play setups. Those scores prevented the Wolverines (9-3, 6-3) from gaining momentum.
One other big story in this game was Michigan's missed opportunities. The Wolverines had two chances in the red zone in the second quarter but came away with just three points. Patterson muffed a snap to end one of the drives.
