Three Colorado football players are facing charges for their alleged involvement in an incident in a house party.

Starting defensive lineman Josh Tupou turned himself into police after a warrant was issued for his arrest in Boulder, Colo. He’s charged with suspicion of second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault, criminal mischief, trespassing and reckless endangerment.

The charges stem from a Feb. 14 fight at a house party that bled out into the street. Witnesses named Tupou, along with teammates Jaleel Awini and Donovan Lee, as an instigator, according to the Boulder Daily Camera.

Witnesses say Tupou and Lee knocked a hole in a privacy fence. They say Tupou tackled a partygoer and punched him “three to four times in the face.” Tupou is accused of kicking another man in the crotch and punching another in the back of the head.
