Last year's matchup, the first in four seasons, brought an instant classic as Colorado, in its third game under Deion Sanders, came back from a double-digit deficit in the fourth quarter to beat in-state rival Colorado State 43-35 in overtime. This year's faceoff can't guarantee the same results, but it can guarantee the same excitement as the Rocky Mountain Showdown isn't taken lightly.
This time, the Rams will host in Fort Collins for the first time since 1996 as they try to break their six-game losing streak to the Buffaloes. Will home field advantage be what they need for a win?
