College football enters Week 8 of the season with a handful of games on the slate with College Football Playoff implications.

Saturday features three games between ranked teams, including No. 12 Oregon at No. 25 Washington, No. 17 Arizona State at No. 13 Utah and No. 16 Michigan at No. 7 Penn State.

In addition to the ranked games, the nation's top teams will also face tests that could impact the playoff race. No. 4 Ohio State travels to Northwestern on Friday while No. 3 Clemson is at Louisville, No. 2 LSU is on the road against Mississippi State on a Saturday and No. 1 Alabama hosts Tennessee.
