With the additions of Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado and Utah, Big 12 Media Days will head west for the first time ever. Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, home of the Raiders, will host the two-day event, serving as the unofficial start to the 2024 Big 12 season.

Media days offer a chance to hear from Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark, head coaches and a select crop of players as they lay out their expectations for the upcoming campaign. There will be several storylines to monitor, including the teams that recently joined and departed the conference and the battle for the No. 1 spot in the Big 12 standings.

And, of course, there will be a few questions thrown at Colorado coach Deion Sanders, who led the Buffaloes to a 3-0 start in 2023 but lost the final six games of the season. Can Colorado improve in Year 2 of the Sanders era?

Here is everything you need to know in order to watch Big 12 Media Days, including the full schedule and TV and streaming options for both days.
