<p>One potential team on upset watch: No. 4 seed Duke. The Blue Devils have lost three of their last six games, including a 74-69 defeat in their ACC Tournament opener against NC State. Their opponent, No. 13 Vermont, is riding a 10-game winning streak into the first round.</p>
