The Big South women's basketball conference tournament begins Wednesday as the NCAA Tournament approaches.
High Point finished with the best conference record in the regular season, giving the team the top seed in the tournament. High Point only lost to SC Upstate and Radford and finished the regular season with a 10-game win streak.
Scoring 63 points per game, High Point owned the conference's best offense. Senior Lauren Bevis finished with the highest point-per-game average, posting 16.6.
Last season, Gardner-Webb won the Big South tournament with a win over High Point, 74-61.
