Chicago Bulls fans have experienced some ups and a lot of downs in recent years, but the Bulls front office deciding to bring back a Chicago legend could ease the burden a bit.
The Bulls have questionable roster chemistry heading into training camp. Chicago has every reason to tank in 2024-25 but their depth chart is not fully equipped to.

Besides the Bulls organization still being indebted to Rose for his colossal contributions to the franchise at the start of his career, it goes without saying that every sports fan in Chicago would love to see Rose back in a Bulls uniform.
Chicago could have been entertaining trades including Rose before Tuesday, but now that he's been released, acquiring the 35--year-old guard is a lot simpler.
If Bulls executive Artūras Karnišovas and general manager Marc Eversley were ever going to come face-to-face with a no-brainer decision, it would be this one.
