The NASCAR Cup Series heads to New Hampshire this weekend for the USA Today 301 on Sunday.

One race away from the halfway point of the season, Chase Elliott comes into the weekend as the Cup Series points leader with 591 points after a third-place finish at Iowa.  Kyle Larson currently sits in second place at 583. Longtime leader Denny Hamlin has dropped to third with 553 points.

Hamlin has had great success at New Hampshire, securing nine top-two finishes.

With the Playoffs getting closer, every race has more meaning. Everyone in the top 10 of the 16-driver Playoff standings has a win under their belt, making picking up one up more vital for everyone else ranked 11th and back.
