The Atlanta Braves will return much of the same roster in 2025.

Hopefully, it just will be a lot more healthy.

Atlanta should get important pieces, like Ronald Acuña Jr., back ahead of the 2025 campaign, but it also could add in free agency. Throughout the summer, the Braves looked to add outfield help in part because Acuña is out for the season. It wouldn't hurt to add a little boost in the outfield once again this summer to pair with Acuña and also add more insurance just in case injuries pop up again in 2025.

If the Braves want to sign an outfielder, one of the top options out there will be Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Teoscar Hernández. He has had a fantastic season with the Dodgers and earned his second All-Star nod.

Hernández has appeared in 148 games for Los Angeles and has launched 31 home runs and driven in 93 runs. He will hit the open market and is projected to receive a deal worth roughly $73 million over three years.

He is just 31 years old and should be in consideration for the Braves. He doesn't cost too much and would bring All-Star upside to a Braves' lineup that could use an offensive boost in the outfield. Plus, landing him would take an important piece away from the Dodgers.

The Braves will have high hopes heading into the 2025 season, with the World Series being a possibility if healthy. Landing someone like Hernández could put them over the top while also providing important injury insurance.
