4月26日（日本時間27日）、NBAはNBAドラフト2023 presented by State Farmのアーリーエントリーを表明した242選手を発表した。
NBA発表のリストには、ネブラスカ大学の富永啓生や、ドラフト全体1位指名の有力候補ビクター・ウェンバンヤマの名前も含まれている。
アーリーエントリーを表明した選手たちは、現地6月12日 午後5時（同13日 午前6時）までに表明を取り下げることが可能。NCAAのルール上、大学選手が大学での出場資格を維持するためには、5月31日（同6月1日）までに表明を取り下げる必要がある。
NBAドラフト2023は6月22日（同23日）に行われる。
