The US Open tournament is being held between July 11 and July 16, 2023, at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This will be the 16th tournament of the BWF World Tour Open 2023 in the ongoing calendar year.
Sindhu, the two-time Olympic medalist, had dropped to 15 in the world, which is her lowest ranking in a decade. The 28-year-old's best result this year was a finals finish at the Spain Masters.
