Sania Mirza happens to be the only Indian woman to win a Grand Slam title. In fact, in 2015, she was ranked No. 1 in the world in the women's doubles ranking.
In the same year, Mirza partnered with Martina Hingis to claim the women's doubles title at the Wimbledon Championships. They beat Russian duo of Ekaterina Makarova and Elena Vesnina 5-7, 7(7)-6(4), 7-5 in the final.
In 2023, Rohan Bopanna will lead the Indian challenge at Wimbledon along with Australian partner Matthew Ebden as the pair are seeded sixth in the men's doubles draw.
Two more Indian pairs -- Yuki Bhambri-Saketh Myneni and Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan-N Sriram Balaji-- have also made it to the men's doubles main draw at Wimbledon.
But, Mirza was also spotted at SW 19. Will she get back on the court with her racquet? TSN takes a look.
