Ahead of the tenth season of Pro Kabaddi, the 12 participating teams announced the list of their retained players for the season on Monday.

Players in Pro Kabaddi are retained by the teams in three categories; Elite Retained Players (ERP), Retained Young Players (RYP), and Existing New Young Players (ENYP). The players not retained by their franchises will be released back into the player auction.
The highlights from this year include the retention of Pardeep Narwal and Arjun Deshwal by the UP Yoddhas and Jaipur Pink Panthers respectively, while the likes of Pawan Sehrawat and Vikash Kandola have been released.

When does Pro Kabaddi 2023 start?
The new season is scheduled to start on 7 October 2023. The player auction will be held on 8 and 9 September in Mumbai.
