Draw for Indian Table Tennis Players

Women's Singles: Manika Batra and Sreeja Akula

The 2018 Commonwealth Games gold medalist Manika Batra will compete against 18-year-old Anna Hursey from Great Britain in women’s singles Round of 64 at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

On the other hand, India's number one ranked table tennis player, Sreeja Akula will play against Christina Kallberg of Sweden.

Men’s Singles: Sharath Kamal and Harmeet Desai

In the men’s singles, veteran 42-year-old Sharath Kamal will take on Deni Kozul of Slovenia, in the Round of 64 match.

Harmeet Desai, who will be making his debut appearance at the Olympics is set to face off against Jordan's Zaid Abo Yaman, in a preliminary round match, which will be played on July 27.

Women’s Team event: Manika Batra, Sreeja Akula, and Archana Kamath

In the women’s team event, Manika Batra and Sreeja Akula, will be joined by 24-year-old Archana Kamath, who had won a gold medal at the 2023 National games in Women's singles.

The Indian women's table tennis team will play against China featuring Sun Yingsha, Chen Meng, Wang Manyu, in the Round of 16 clash, starting on August 5.

Men’s Team event: Sharath Kamal, Harmeet Desai and Manav Thakkar
