Take a bow, Richarlison!

The Brazilian forward netted an early contender for the goal of the World Cup against Serbia.

The Selecao striker had already opened the scoring in the Group G clash, taking advantage of a rebound from goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic to fire home. But it was his second in Brazil's victory that will surely go down as one of the most spectacular of the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

The Tottenham striker met the ball in the area and pulled off a spectacular volley that made it 2-0 for Brazil, leaving Milinkovic-Savic looking bemused.

So far, it's easily the best goal of the action at Qatar 2022.

Richarlison stars as Brazil sweat on Neymar injury

While Brazil showed positive signs against Serbia, it was Richarlison that really made the difference.

The Tottenham striker has been in lethal form for his national team this year and has now netted 11 goals across eight appearances in 2022.

Wearing the famous No. 9 on his back, Richarlison looks ready to live up to the expectations that come with it.

Tite will really need the striker's form to continue with Neymar's involvement in the rest of the tournament now up in the air

The 30-year-old was forced off against Serbia after a heavy challenge resulted in some serious swelling to his right ankle.

Neymar himself was visibly emotional on the bench after coming off and Brazil will now nervously await what scans show over the next 24 hours.
