On Sunday, the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) came to an end as Sunrisers Hyderabad took on Kolkata Knight Riders in the tournament final in Chennai.
KKR lifted the trophy, as they triumphed in a one-sided fixture. After their bowlers skittled SRH for just 113, top-order batters Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Venkatesh Iyer ensured there were no hiccups as they chased down the total inside 11 overs.
At the post-match presentation, the awards ceremony took place, with players and teams rewarded for their performances during the season.

The individual awards of Orange Cap, Purple Cap and MVP were handed out along with the Fairplay Award for the team which displayed the best 'spirit of the game' throughout the tournament.
