Against all reasonable odds, the Stanley Cup Final is coming down to a Game 7.

The Oilers have rallied from a 3-0 series hole to force a Game 7 in Florida against the Panthers. Puck drop is slated for 8 p.m. ET on Monday evening.

Edmonton is hoping to become just the second team in NHL history to pull off the reverse sweep in the Stanley Cup Final. The Toronto Maple Leafs accomplished the feat in 1942.

It's a stunning turnaround for the Oilers, who after falling in a 3-0 hole have won three consecutive games in rather domineering fashion. The trend certainly continued in Game 6, when Edmonton raced out to a 3-0 first-period lead before winning, 5-1.

Florida will hope to rekindle its momentum from earlier in the series. After a Game 3 victory in Edmonton, the Panthers were riding a six-game win streak and had out-scored the Oilers 11-4 through three Stanley Cup games. The series looked like a wash.

But the script has completely flipped, and after three missed opportunities to close out the series, Florida gets one last crack in Game 7.
