One of the most anticipated storylines of the 2023 season went down with Aaron Rodgers four plays into his debut as a Jet. The quarterback suffered a season-ending Achilles injury on the season-opening drive and endured a year's worth of recovery before returning to the field just two weeks ago.

The 41-year-old has New York at an even 1-1 record after two games so far this season, losing to the 49ers in San Francisco and beating the Titans at home. Head coach Robert Saleh surely still has reason to believe his quarterback can lead the team to the postseason despite a somewhat slow start.

It's certainly not an easy task coming back from a torn Achilles, but Rodgers was activated off the injured reserve with a few weeks remaining in the 2023 season. Though he didn't see the field, he continued to practice with the team until making a full-time return to practice in May during OTAs.

So, what exactly did the veteran quarterback do to maximize and speed up his recovery to return at his best for this season? Netflix announced a documentary series titled "Aaron Rodgers: Enigma" on Sept. 9 to premiere later this year, wherein the streaming service followed Rodgers throughout his year on the sideline, offering a first look at everything he went through during injury rehab.

Here's everything to know about "Aaron Rodgers: Enigma," including explaining the Netflix docuseries on the mercurial Jets quarterback.
