Saturday night should bring some fireworks in the NFL Playoffs, as Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey, and the NFC-leading 49ers host Jordan Love and the young-gunning Packers (Saturday, 8:15 p.m. ET, FOX). Today we will share our optimal DFS lineups for this NFC clash, providing advice, strategy, and sleepers for DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft along the way so you can spend boost your weekend with some daily fantasy cash.

Christian McCaffrey led the NFL in rushing yards, total yards, and total TDs this season and seems destined for Offensive Player of the Year honors. Aaron Jones gashed the Cowboys for three touchdowns last week and enters with four straight 100-yard rushing games.

Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel, and George Kittle remain three of the most electric pass-catching playmakers in the NFL. And the Pack have plenty of studs at receiver, led by youngsters Jayden Reed and Romeo Doubs.

Talk about an abundance of DFS options — not to mention the red-hot Jordan Love and Brock Purdy! Let's dive deeper into the 49ers-Packers divisional-round clash, and craft the optimal daily fantasy lineups for DraftKings, FanDuel, and SuperDraft. Before unveiling each lineup, we will provide a brief overview of each DFS site's scoring settings. Good luck, have fun, and enjoy the second round of the postseason!

49ers-Packers NFL DFS picks: Optimal DraftKings lineup

Before we get into our lineup and strategy, here are the key scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests: They're full-point PPR and there are three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.

Pos. Player Team/Opponent Salary
Captain Romeo Doubs Packers at 49ers $12,300
FLEX Christian McCaffrey 49ers vs. Packers $12,200
FLEX Brandon Aiyuk 49ers vs. Packers $9,600
FLEX George Kittle 49ers vs. Packers $5,800
FLEX Dontayvion Wicks Packers at 49ers $5,200
FLEX Christian Watson Packers at 49ers $4,600

Captain: Romeo Doubs, WR, Packers ($12,300)

As much as we love the 49ers skill-position players, Doubs has a massive ceiling as a clutch, big-play receiver in a game script that will favor the pass from the opening kick. The second-year wideout surpassed 30 DK points last week against the Cowboys, a number that we could only dream of Doubs replicating against the 49ers.

But even if he hits half that, we'll be feeling pretty good with the 1.5-times boost and the amount of money we saved by not putting CMC, Purdy, or Love in our Captain spot. And imagine what kind of lineup variance we're making for ourselves! Upside and uniqueness are the two u-words to utilize in DK Showdown contests, and we checked both boxes to begin our build.

FLEX: Christian McCaffrey, RB, 49ers vs. Packers ($12,200)

We preach lineup variance often to help your lineups stand out from the DFS pack, but let's be honest: Christian McCaffrey will be on the vast majority of winning DK lineups from this game. CMC has been absolutely absurd this season, averaging 126.4 all-purpose yards and scoring a total of 21 TDs (both NFL highs). He's -300 on most books to score one TD and shorter than +200 just about everywhere to score two — you gotta draft him, simple as that.

FLEX 2: Brandon Aiyuk, WR, 49ers ($9,600)

Aiyuk has been an absolute stud this season, earning Pro Bowl honors from both the AP and PFF. Somehow, though, he got snubbed from the Pro Bowl, which he may quietly protest with his play on Saturday night. Unless you've been living under a rock, you know how explosive Aiyuk has been — 17 DK points per game, five games of 20-plus, high of 35.9... the list could go on — so we can only imagine how much damage he will inflict on the Packers' soft zone coverage. We'll more than likely be singing "Aiyuk, Aiyuk, Aiyuk is on FIRE" by the end of this one.

FLEX 3: George Kittle, TE, 49ers ($5,800)

Oh, how the mighty have fallen in DFS pricing. Kittle was once on the highest-priced tight ends on the daily fantasy market, but he's become a huge value play now that he lives in the shadows of CMC, Aiyuk, and Deebo Samuel. We still love his scoring upside, and we know how dominant he has been in primetime games across his career (15 TDs, 73.2 receiving yards per game, 77% catch rate). At worst, we get a dud in the range of 5-8 points like he has hit three times in his past six games. At best, we get 20-28, a range he has hit five times since Week 5.

FLEX 4: Dontayvion Weeks, WR, Packers ($5,200)

Sleeper alert! Wicks has very quietly been lighting it up lately (see what I did there?), averaging over 15 DK PPG over his past four games. He's a speedy, sure-handed youngster that sometimes flies under the radar with Doubs, Aaron Jones, Jayden Reed, Tucker Kraft, and Christian Watson all on the field. It seems like a boom-or-bust play, but that's sometimes how we must approach our investments in the $5,000 range.

FLEX 5: Christian Watson, WR, Packers ($4,600)

Watson is your classic boom or bust DFS option. Luckily we evaded Watson's 1.9-point dud against the Cowboys last week, but he would have almost certainly catapulted us to victory with his combined 48 DK points the previous two games he played prior to his hamstring injury. We're getting a big price reduction because of his injury risk and inconsistencies, but for $4,600 it feels like the right upside call to make at the back-end of our lineup.

49ers-Packers NFL DFS picks: Optimal FanDuel lineup

Here are the key scoring settings for FanDuel single-game tournaments: They're half-point PPR and there are no three-point bonuses for 300 passing yards, 100 rushing yards, or 100 receiving yards. The MVP pick multiplies that player's total by 1.5 but does not cost 1.5 times their listed salary.

Pos. Player Team/Opponent Salary
MVP Christian McCaffrey 49ers vs. Packers $17,500
FLEX Brock Purdy 49ers vs. Packers $14,500
FLEX Brandon Aiyuk 49ers vs. Packers $12,000
FLEX Dontayvion Wicks Packers at 49ers $9,000
FLEX Jauan Jennings 49ers vs. Packers $7,000

We took a very similar approach with our FanDuel lineup as we did on DraftKings, rostering three of the same players. The key differences with our FD strategies:

  1. We made McCaffrey our MVP, as we don't have to worry about spending 1.5 times the player's salary to get the 1.5-times boost like we do with DK Captains.
  2. We drafted Purdy, whose upside is much higher in the FD half-PPR setting.
  3. We grabbed Jauan Jennings as our dark-horse sleeper at $7,000, as our studs left us pretty cash-strapped at the end of the roster.

This lineup gives us massive touchdown upside in the first three spots, and then two speedy wideouts with big-play ability at the tail-end of our build. We don't like it as much as we love our DraftKings lineup, but we do think it has the potential to boom while also probably not mirroring too many opposing lineups.

49ers-Packers NFL DFS picks: Optimal SuperDraft lineup

As we have every week, we're also listing our favorite DFS plays on SuperDraft. SD doesn't have a single-game DFS contest for Ravens-Texans, but it does have a Saturday DFS contest that includes the player pools from both Ravens-Texans in the afternoon and 49ers-Packers at night.

For those unfamiliar, SuperDraft's DFS scoring involves point multipliers as opposed to traditional salary-capped or tiered contests. A winning lineup will likely feature a strong mix of stud fantasy contributors with 1x-1.6x boosts, as well as matchup-based sleepers with larger multipliers. Each player is assigned a scoring multiplier based on their value as determined by SuperDraft. Users can roster any player in their lineup with no restrictions.

Here are the most notable scoring rules for SuperDraft NFL contests: Half-point PPRfour-point passing TDs, and two-point bonuses for 100 rushing yards100 receiving yardsand 300 passing yards. SuperDraft lineups feature no D/ST position.

Pos. Player Game Boost
QB Lamar Jackson Ravens vs. Texans 1x
RB Christian McCaffrey 49ers vs. Packers 1x
RB Gus Edwards Ravens vs. Texans 1.3x
WR Brandon Aiyuk 49ers vs. Packers 1.1x
WR Zay Flowers Ravens vs. Texans 1.25x
WR Odell Beckham Jr. Ravens vs. Texans 1.45x
TE Tucker Kraft Packers at 49ers 1.65x
FLEX Romeo Doubs Packers at 49ers 1.3x

MORE SUPERDRAFT DFS: How to play SuperDraft

We used a lot of the same players we capitalized on in our DK and FD lineups, because players with massive volume shares and high-TD upside are extremely valuable even with low boosts. To make up for their 1x-1.3x boosts, we grabbed sleepers OBJ and Kraft as we think they're dark-horse candidates to come away with a few big catches while their teammates draw more attention from opposing defenders.
