Deion Sanders and Co. will begin Year 2 Thursday night as they welcome North Dakota State to Folsom Field.

But Sanders will not be underestimating the nine-time FCS champion North Dakota State. The FCS powerhouse went 11-4 last season, and is expected to put up a tough fight with starting QB Cam Miller at the helm against the Buffaloes.
