Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater is the final stop before the Professional Fighters League turns its attention from regular playoff bouts to the finals. With heavyweights and women’s featherweights in action on August 18, it had potential to be an exciting show.

It didn’t disappoint, as we know who is one step closer to potentially winning $1 million. Renan Ferreira and Denis Goltsov won their Heavyweight Semi-Final matchups, while Larissa Pacheco and Marina Mokhnatkina won their Featherweight Semi-Final showdowns.

Nathan Kelly won his Featherweight division fight over Damion Nelson, and in the undercard Danilo Marques defeated Satoshi Ishii while Maira Mazar beat Kaytlin Neil.

Up next, the PFL maintains its residency inside the Hulu Theater, as lightweights and welterweights are in action on August 23.

Former champions Olivier Aubin-Mercier and Sadibou return to the semi-finals. Other fighters set to compete include Clay Collard, Shane Burgos, and Biaggio Ali Walsh, the grandson of Muhammad Li.

The PFL Finals will begin on November 24, with this being the last stop before then.

The Sporting News provided results from the entire PFL 8 card.
