Catch your first glimpse at the stars of tomorrow at the 2024 MLB Draft, beginning at 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 14. 

There are plenty of high-level, high-intrigue prospects throughout this year's class. 

Travis Bazzana, a lefty-hitting second baseman, shattered Oregon State record books in 2024, hitting 28 home runs with a .911 slugging percentage. Georgia's Charlie Condon, a 6-foot-6 slugger, accounted for 37 home runs with a 1.009 slugging percentage.

But perhaps no one has more power than Florida's two-way phenom Jac Caglianone, who smashed a whopping 35 home runs while slugging .875 — and, not to mention, pitching to a 4.76 ERA in 73.2 innings pitched. 

Wake Forest's Chase Burns (2.72 ERA and 162 strikeouts in 82.2 IP) and Arkansas' Hagen Smith (2.04 ERA and 161 strikeouts in 84 IP) are among the top pitching prospects in this year's group.

The Guardians, touting the No. 1 overall selection, will have their pick from that talented group of prospects. Behind them, the Reds and Rockies round out the top-three.

ESPN will carry live coverage of the opening round of the 2024 MLB Draft, anchored by host Karl Ravech. Analysts Eduardo Perez, Jessica Mendoza, Kyle Peterson, Chris Burke, and Xavier Scruggs will also contribute alongside insiders Jeff Passan and Kiley McDaniel. 

MLB Network will air all of the selections on Day One of the draft, encompassing both Round One and Round Two. Greg Amsinger (host) will be joined by an array of panelists including Melanie Newman, Dan O'Dowd, Harold Reynolds, Xavier Scruggs, Lance Brozdowski, and Tony Vitello. Draft insiders Jim Callis and Carlos Collazo will also contribute.
