Broncos legend Darren Lockyer has admitted his former side should target Jarome Luai in the upcoming grand final, claiming the Penrith star is still below 100 per cent due to a lingering injury.
The 26-year-old suffered a dislocated shoulder late in the regular season, but returned earlier than anticipated for the Panthers' impressive 38-4 prelim final victory over the Storm.
Luai has again been named in the No.6 for the upcoming decider against Brisbane, while young gun Izack Tago also managed to get through his comeback game unscathed and will line up at centre.
The five-eighth left the field with 20 minutes remaining against Melbourne, allowing Jack Cogger to enter the fray, with the back-up playmaker again named on the bench for Sunday night's clash at Accor Stadium.

Despite getting through his return without concern and head coach Ivan Cleary praising him post-game, Luai could still be dealing with the issue and Lockyer believes that the Broncos should be looking to exploit it.
"There was no way anyone thought he was going to be 100 per cent," he told WWOS' QLDer.
"You could tell every time he went into contact that left arm was hanging down. I think there will be an opportunity where they could run some plays to his outside shoulder.
"He'll get confidence out of the fact that he got through a game. He'll have another week to heal even further but I still think he's nowhere near being 100 per cent.
"There's no doubt the Broncos will have some set plays that target him."
With an imposing forward pack and some rampaging outside backs at their disposal, Brisbane will undoubtedly be giving Luai a work-over in the early stages of the match.
And according to Queensland legend Wally Lewis, there will be one man leading the charge at the Samoan international when the two powerhouse squads face off.
"I expect Payne Haas to run at him with one of the first carries in the game," he said.
"Any injury taken into the game can be seen as a gamble and it will be a matter of time... but I don't think that will be their number one priority, they'll be sticking to their game plan."
Both sides will enter the clash with full-strength lineups at their disposal, despite departing centre Herbie Farnworth sending a scare through Broncos training earlier in the week.
