The 2024 NFL preseason is over and Week 1 is right around the corner.
That means all 32 teams are making roster cuts and kicker battles are being decided.
Most teams do not go into the regular season with multiple kickers on their active roster. As of Tuesday, Aug. 27, there are still five teams — the Packers, Saints, Giants, Jets and Titans — that need to announce a starting kicker. That excludes the Lions, whose starting kicker Michael Badgley has been placed on injured reserve with a season-ending injury.
