It was déjà vu for the Minnesota Timberwolves as Luka Doncic gave them another lesson in closing out games, sealing a 120-114 win at Target Center.

After sending them packing in the Western Conference Finals last season, Doncic delivered another late-game masterpiece, draining the 32-foot 3-point dagger with 1:04 on the clock.

"That's what I f***ing do," Doncic exclaimed as the iced the win from near the Timberwolves logo.

It was an up and down performance from Doncic, who exited the game in the first half following a collision with Jaden McDaniels. After missing his first seven 3-pointers of the night, he ended that drought with the big-time 3.

"We've seen this movie before," Mavs coach Jason Kidd said. "He loves the opportunity to win the game. He's not scared, and he stepped up and made a big shot."

Doncic scored 11 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter, adding eight rebounds and eight assists, while Kyrie Irving scored 25 of his team-high 35 points in the second half.
